How do I take advantage of the satisfaction guarantee?
Easy! Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase, and don’t forget to quote your original order number. Once you receive your prepaid returns label, just be sure the product is returned in like-new condition, with original packaging and accessories.
Unfortunately, any items that are missing original parts and packaging, past their 30-day trial period, or damaged from external misuse or accident, cannot be returned.
What if I receive a defective product?
We work hard to ensure that every item in our range is worthy of the iQualTech seal of approval, and we’re proud to offer a no quibble 12-month refund or replace warranty on all of our products.
In the unlikely event that your iQualTech product is received damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll send you a prepaid returns label and issue a replacement or refund.
What will happen once you have received my return?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we’ve received your item. We’ll also let you know if you’ve been approved for a refund or replacement.
If you’ve been approved for a replacement, we’ll ship your replacement product as soon as possible and notify you of an approximate delivery date.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days. The full refund credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
